I’m fairly certain this man is speaking English, but I can’t be entirely sure. This is actually a fairly accurate portrayal of me teaching my son how to drive.

He’s certainly speaking anglo-saxon, to use an older idiom.
Our own Oppo MonkeePuzzle looks quite a bit like the son, if I’m not mistaken.

He sounds Irish to me.
I know the video is in the U.K. though, the bus and RAF careers office are obvious give aways.
